So what exactly is the deal with this whole 'mayoral' thing they've got going?

It's little more than a title with no power behind it. The previous mayor was merely a figurehead. A relic of the way things were, if you will.

They would have power in the city, but only over the citizens, or so I'd imagine. Besides, we aren't the only threat in the city.

I don't. They, on the other hand, might.

And how do you intend to do that?
